With 40 years of professional chef experience specialising in Japanese and Western cuisine, let me help you with your cooking / catering / cuisine requirements.
If you wish to enjoy a unique dining experience in the privacy and the comfort of your home, I am available for the following:
1. Preparing and presenting sashimi, sushi or cooked fish.
2. Multi-course traditional Japanese meals.
3. Private cooking lessons (either personal or within a small group) emphasising traditional preparation and presentation of Japanese cuisines from various regions.
My experience, expertise and love of great Japanese food is available for all that is interested in the various techniques of preparations and presentations of exceptional Japanese cuisine.
